OCE Ocala Fencing provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Ocala, Florida and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your project. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to project scope, timing, or location.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if project scope changes, additional work is required, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during installation. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for project completion, but actual completion dates may vary due to weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to complete your project as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring our team has clear access to the work area and for removing any obstacles, pets, or valuables from the installation site. You must also ensure that property lines are clearly marked and that all necessary permits and HOA approvals are obtained before work begins. We can assist with permit applications if requested.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and offer a warranty on our installation services. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, weather events, or modifications made by others.

Liability

OCE Ocala Fencing maintains general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked by the appropriate utility companies. We are not liable for delays, damages, or failures to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including weather, material shortages, or other force majeure events.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and work completed. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address any problems. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be subject to mediation or arbitration as specified in your service agreement.

Changes to Terms
